Method feeder.
Lead size in the attached photo. I recommend using a high-quality waterproof glue, for example Mamut.
You can use PETG as a material, but it is much better to use PCTG (very strong and durable) or better materials.

Added version_2 - stronger, better printable and with fewer supports.
