This allows you to track Initiative on the top of your DM screen in a way that players and DMs can see at the same time.  It is sized to fit over the official DM screens but should fit anything with a size of 2.25mm and thinner.  I use it by placing a label on both sides of it to track which player/enemy inidcated.  It does just keep the order not who is actively in turn.
