Use spokes for rails. Add PTFE tubes for the first and last spoke, to get only four low friction contact points.
for use in printing, only works if:
the filament is tucked down directly next to the stand as vertically as possible
the spool holder is fixed in place double side adhesive or screws.
else, it's only for storage.
