An updated version of my first quick release plate system after testing in production. Extra ribs added for strength and guides, updated the cam lever quick release plate to be more secure. Also added small fillets to improve motion and ergonomics. 10mm x 70mm cutouts were added to the plate for adding adhesive rubber for grip.

Jaw Quick Release Plate:

• 1x 1/4"-20 Hex Nut

• 1x 3/8"-16 Hex Nut

• 2x 4mm OD x 25mm L Spring

• 1x M4 x 17-20mm Adjustable Thumb Lever Screw

• 1x M4 Hex Nut

Cam Lever Quick Release Plate:

• 1x 1/4"-20 Hex Nut

• 1x M3 x 12mm L Socket head Cap Screw 

• 1x M3 Nyloc/Locking Nut

Although I made the changes I did, I still do not recommend using these in a professional environment. Depending on the weight of the camera/rig, the plate for the cam lever quick release plate could pop out. I've used the Jaw Quick Release Plate with more success, but it has deformed while using it with heavier rigs, such as at the areas around the nuts and the slot for the screw on the quick release plate. Use with discretion.
