Descrição
Adult-size 3D‑Printed Padel Racket
Adult padel racket designed for recreational play. Optimised as two printable halves that are glued together; the holes in the head gives a larger sweet spot due to the extra wall loops in that area and reduces weight.
Recommended materials
PETG or similar (strong, slightly ductile).
ABS might be okay but expensive.
Do NOT use PLA, it can be brittle and might shatter.
Print settings (recommended)
Perimeters: 3 wall loops.
Top/Bottom layers: 4–5.
Handle infill: 6–10% (use gyroid or similar for strength and comfort).
Head infill: 3–5% (honeycomb recommended to save weight and strength).
Target total weight: ≤ 380 g.
Assembly
Print two halves and glue with a two-part epoxy.
Roughen mating surfaces for better adhesion.
Allow epoxy to cure 24 hours before use.
Files & fit
Included .3mf worked for my printer at 95% of full size; other printers may achieve 100%.
Design notes / changes in this version
holes/tubes in the head for sweet spot and lower mass.
Double dovetail joint to distribute forces across a larger area.
Wrist strap/paracord hole added.
Handle: lengthened and narrowed for improved grip.
More rounded edges
Disclaimer
This is an original design based on information I could find on racket specifications. I wouldn't recommend using it in tournament play.
For hobby use only — I share this to make the sport more accessible. I will not accept liability for safety, injuries or use/misuse.
