this model is a small low profile mount for ropes or other hanging devices. It includes an encapselated 5.5mm square nut inside the model that must be inset with a layer pause. This lets you put 2 short m3 screws through the layer lines to compress them around where the screws go into the wall. This greatly increases the strength of the part and prevents splitting when screwing it into the wall. 

NOTE: if you use countersunk screws like showin in my image, use a washer to prevent t he countersink from putting outward load on the mounting holes, they will crush if over tightened especially with countersunk screws.
