3D Benchy Hovercraft

How does it work?
It has a balloon adapter at the back, at which you attach an inflated balloon. The air-pressure is going to push the benchy from the ground and give it the hover effect. It also has two channels at the bottom, which result in a more even air-pressure distribution.

Use on a smooth surface.

Tips
For less resistance you could sand the bottom of the benchy with 400+ grain sandpaper.

Printing
Since the adapter for the balloon goes trough the model and it is 50% bigger than the original, it is a more difficult print, which might require supports. (depending on how well your printer is calibrated)

The benchy was scaled 1.5x, for the right size of the balloon adapter.
(It can be scaled back to 1x, but you would then need to use smaller balloons)

Infill should be light enough for it to hover! (max. 12%)
