This is a clean, low-profile 3-part Picatinny rail mount designed specifically for small Energizer AAA battery flashlights (the common compact tactical-style models).

The holder consists of three printed parts:

• Top clamp (holds the flashlight body)

• Base (connects to the Picatinny rail)

• Rail grabber (locks the whole assembly securely to the rail)

Assembly is simple and rock-solid:

• The top and base are joined by 2× M3 screws with heat-set inserts

• The rail grabber is secured to the base with 1× M3×30mm screw

Printed in PETG-CF (carbon-fiber reinforced PETG) for excellent strength, rigidity, and heat resistance while keeping weight low. The carbon fiber gives it a premium tactical look and makes it very durable for real-world use (airsoft, hunting, tactical setups, bike mounts, etc.).

Print recommendations

• Material: PETG-CF (highly recommended for strength) or regular PETG

• No supports needed

• 0.2 mm layer height, 4–5 walls, 35–40 % infill

• Print with 100 % infill on the rail grabber for maximum clamping force

• Use heat-set M3 inserts (or nuts) for the top clamp screws

Why this design? It keeps the flashlight low and centered on the rail, doesn’t block the tail switch, and allows quick removal when needed. The split design makes it easy to print and very strong.
