This plane is designed to be printed directly onto thin tissue paper (17gsm) to produce a lightweight glider.

Printing tips:

• To hold the tissue paper to build plate, I used thin 2mm magnets (mine were 30x10x2mm, but they can be smaller). Taller magnets may collide with the nozzle during travel movements.

• The heated bed must be turned off as cheap magnets often lose their strength with heat. So PLA filament is also recommended.

• I setup custom g-code to pause the print after bed calibration to allow time to secure the paper, but I also found it works fine to hit pause just after calibration and before the print.

• Print the fuselage with 100% infill to ensure the nose weight is correct.

• Parts can be glued together with CA glue.
