Feeling deflated by the lack of options for storing your trendy and socially relevant physical media? Well look no further! This bracket is based on the design by NovaMatrix, but designed to perfectly hold your precious shiny plastic discs, or whatever your nerdy heart desires.
It is available in a two-shelf configuration, as well as a three shelf model which can be printed in two pieces (as shown in pictures) or one piece (larger printer required). The one piece just barley doesn't fit on my core one, so if your printer is any bigger, it should fit.
PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS:
I printed it with 4 perimeters at 25% infill, which is probably overkill, but it feels solid. I also reinforced the area around the screw holes with 100% infill. When you load the model into the slicer, you'll notice the extra bodies, this is so that you can add custom perimeter settings to the screw holes. Just set them to 99 perimeters and you'll be good to go. I printed with carbon fiber reinforced PETG, mostly just for the looks, I tested the shelf with a 35lb load for a few days with regular PETG and it held up perfectly. Recommend printing on it's back (the side that faces the wall, agenised the build plate), support will be needed for the screwdriver holes in the X, and the pegs/ holes if you print the two piece design. I didn't need support for the bridging of the shelf groove, but you may need it with regular PETG. USE SNUG SUPPORTS, NOT ORGANIC). I also recommend using helper discs around the thin areas at the base of the print.
Shelf dimensions (To tell if your items will fit within the shelf)

Depth: 130mm
Shelf groove thickness: 19.6mm (Designed for 3/4" boards)
Shelf groove depth (How much of your board length will be taken by the bracket): 20mm per side
Wow that's a lot of words, if you print this out I'd love to see it! Thanks for reading and happy printing:)
