Descrição
Dry a lot of desiccant (or just a bit) with this stackable basket system. Requires a Polydryer drybox and the Polydryer itself.
All parts can be easily snapped together. Make sure the "i" of the tab is oriented towards the inside of the basket.
Use setting 2 or 3 for about 6 hours or until the beads have turned to their dry colour.
Features
Stackable up to 3 baskets high
Uses the internal geometry of the drybox to slide in and out
Positioned to be in the airflow path
Handle for easy placement and removal
Removable stopper for pouring the dessicant after drying
Uses infill pattern as perforated bottom
Printing
IMPORTANT notes for "Infill"part:
must be aligned with basket (do not move it seperately)
must be printed without perimeters, top and bottom layers (add setting for only infill part)
Right click part in list > layers and perimeters, right click again > infill
See screenshot below for settings
Set an infill of 60% (I used triangles)
Make sure the 'i' of the tab is oriented up
Use PETG, ABS, ASA or any other material that does not warp under some heat
PLA not recommended
No specific layer height required
No support material needed
Tolerances tested with Prusa MK4S and Prusa Mini - but should work for most well-tuned printers
See slider screenshot below for settings and orientation (also uploaded as project file):
