Face mask:

Measure Face Height: Start from the bridge of your nose and measure down to the tip of your chin.

Measure Face Width: Measure across the widest part of your face, usually from one cheekbone to the other.

Helmet:

Head Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the widest part of the head, just above the eyebrows and ears. Record the measurement as the overall head size.

Face Width: Measure the distance between the widest points of the face (cheekbone to cheekbone).

Face Height: Measure from the middle of the forehead (hairline area) to the tip of the chin.

Add Allowance: Add 1–2 cm (about 0.5 inches) for comfort and breathability.
