Based this model off of measurements of a real one. Designed this for a dust cover for your N64, or you could mock up some fake labels and make a real looking cartridge for display if you'd like. If you want the raw files for a project feel free to pm.

Print came out great you can even tell the detail lines for the labels turned out great. I recommend printing with 10-20% infill and rafts and supports if you printed it standing up.
