I made these to offset a window screen that I made from a kit. I made some springs that look like an eyebrow. I can't do CAD real well so I just drew the springs by hand in TinkerCAD.
The window has a track on it that the tabs sit on top of.
I just epoxied the tabs and the springs into place.
Filament type: PETG, but ASA would probably be better since it'll be exposed to sunlight.
Infill: 100% just to make sure it was strong enough.
Layer Height: 0.2mm
