Print & Assembly Guide

A budget-friendly, stable lighting solution for your dartboard. Designed for easy mounting and future camera integration.

Print List:

• 8x ring.stl – Main ring segments (requires careful orientation in your slicer).

• 5x clip.stl – Standard connectors.

• 3x stand_clip.stl – Heavy-duty connectors connecting the stand and ring.

• 3x stand.stl – Mounting legs (includes internal cable routing holes).

Hardware Needed:

• 16x M3x16 screws

• 6x M3x30 screws

• 22x M3 nuts

• 6x M5 screws (for mounting stand.stl to the board/wall – length as needed)

Assembly Breakdown:

• Standard Joints: Each ring.stl + clip.stl connection uses 2x M3x16 screws and 2x M3 nuts.

• Leg Joints: Each stand_clip.stl connects the stand.stl and ring.stl. Requires 4x M3 nuts, 2x M3x16, and 2x M3x30 screws for a secure fit.

• Wall Mounting: Use the 6x M5 screws to fix the stand.stl legs directly to your surface.

My Setup & Tips:

• Material: I printed mine using PLA and it works perfectly.

• LEDs: I am using these.

• Power Supply: Make sure your adapter matches your LED strip voltage (12V/24V).

• Cabling: Use the integrated holes in the stand.stl to keep your wiring clean and hidden.

• Autodarts Ready: I am currently working on an Autodarts camera mount integration for this ring. Stay tuned, I will be adding these files soon!
