This is my version of a VFA print speed test tower.

It has flat surfaces between the X and Y axes at 15° intervals, and print speed increasing from 10 mm/s to 200 mm/s at 10 mm/s intervals, with 5 mm height in each section. The speed changes are marked by small notches at the edges and center of the tower.

I've also included ready-to-print G-code for the CORE One with PLA. You should also be able to easily adapt the .3MF project to other printers.
