Plotter pen holder for HP Plotter Pen adapters. I have a lot of different adapters and nowhere organised to keep them! Has a nice satisfying click and holds the adapters securely. 

Originally made as an insert for a pencil case I found on the street and repurposed for plotting supplies. But I can see this being mounted on the wall or similar.
