This is my take on a Bugbear Bard. You might need to rescale this model to fit your RPG needs. This model is not scaled to any size. If you wish to scale it, a rule of thumb is to measure from the base of the model's feet to the center of the eye. For example, a six-foot-tall human is considered standard.  So, if your scale is 32mm, then the distance from the base of the foot to the center of the eye would be 32mm.
