Once upon a time... 

I felt the need to sort my gravel, soil, compost and other such liquidicious solids. If only I could easily remove such pesky things like small pebbles or sticks from my luscious powders! Behold! I have created the perfect machination inspired by other similar models so listed below combining the most desireable features from each!

Simply print your preferred base, either flared or flairless, along with the correctly sized sieve plates for your needs. Plates should fit nicely in the bottom held in with some small protrusions, if you feel particularly bold the sieve plate can be removed and a new one placed in. No need to print multiple bases!

Stated hole/sieve size is the maximal size of particle that can pass through. For the 9mm hex plate high aspect ratio particles up to 9mm will pass through. The max size spherical/low aspect ratio particle to pass through 9mm hex is actually ~7.7mm. Also due to inaccuracies the 9mm hex will not be 9mm, essentially what i'm trying to say is that the measurements mean nothing haha.

Sieve plates have an OD of 89.8mm for a nice fit and need to be 2mm thick to fit snugly, feel free to make your own(or edit the step file)!

You can print a disc of the correct OD and thickness with 0 top/bottom layers and use the infill as the screen. I would advise against using this for anything too big as the plastic will bend and allow larger particles through. This should print much more efficiently than anything I've modelled here!

I'm planning on using mine to create some nice cacti mix for my seedlings. :)
