Router Table Plate Leveling Block

I was building a mobile workbench and decided to add a router insert to it. I wanted a way to level the plate and secure it to the workbench. The result was this easy to print leveling block.

Assembly:

It took me just under 5 hours to print all 4 parts.

Once complete, I pressed a nut into each retainer. I then threaded 2 of ¼ machine screws into the bottom of each plate. The holes are sized so the machine screws cut a thread in the plastic.

I put the router plate into the opening I cut for it, inserted a machine screw into each corner hole (my router plate came with these), then threaded the them into the nut on each plate. I made sure the machine screws were vertical before using the 2 wood screws to secure each plate.

Print Settings:

Material: PETG

Layer Height: 0.3mm

Nozzle Size: 0.4mm

Infill: 50%, Cubic

Perimeters: 5 (necessary so threaded screw holes remain strong)
