I managed to break the plastic bracket on more than one broom so I modelled a new one.

The size refers to the minimum diameter between the 'teeth'. Please see screenshots for a better explanation.

Holes are modelled at 4.5mm for attachment to the brush head and 4.2mm to secure the handle.
