Note: This is just a proof of concept and you shouldn't really use it as an actual lock

Assembly:
Take the locking wheels (the numbered decagons) and insert ONE locking pin in each locking wheel (insert the pins in the slot corresponding to the desired cypher digits. You will most likely have to use tweezers or some other thin object to lock them in place. Also, make sure to insert the pins with the shorter rounded face inside the locking wheel and the longer rounded face facing down.
Once you have assembled the locking wheels, take the bottom body section and first place a spacer (larger one) inside the larger cylinder, then place the desired locking wheel, and then follow up with the second spacer, and you have assembled the bottom part of the lock. Make sure that when assembling the lock you keep the locking wheels in the unlocked position (correct numbers facing the outside).
Now take the middle section of the lock and click it into place with the bottom section using the clips. Once they are connected, place the next locking wheel and spacer inside the cylinder.

BEFORE CLICKING THE TOP SECTION INTO PLACE take the shaft and place it inside the top section so that you end up with something like this.

Once you have this top section, take the last remaining locking wheel and spacer (your last spacer should be the smallest one) and stack them on top of the ones already in place. 
Now you should be able to insert the shackle and the top section and click them into place. If the shackle does not slide in, then the locking wheels are most likely not in the unlocked position, so make sure to arrange them accordingly.
The final step is to place the shackle in the locked position and push it in fully, and you should be able to insert the blocker through the opening on the back face of the top section.
