Stackable Dual-Cork Coasters (100mm Inserts)

These coasters use two cork inserts: one on top to hold your drink and absorb condensation, and one on the bottom to prevent slipping on the table. The result is a coaster that grips from both sides, stays stackable, and still looks clean and modern.

Design Overview

• Top cork insert – absorbs moisture from your drink

• Bottom cork insert – adds grip and protects your table from sliding

• Plastic divider layer – physically separates the two cork pieces so moisture absorbed by the top insert can’t wick through and reach your wooden table

• Stackable profile – designed to nest neatly when stored

The lower cork piece press-fits perfectly into the bottom groove. You can leave it as is, or add a small amount of superglue if you want a permanent hold.

Four Ring Styles

Choose from four outer ring designs:

• Wavy pattern (my personal favorite)

• Bowtie pattern – sleek and modern

• Diamond polygon pattern – geometric look

• Basic smooth ring – clean and minimal

All styles maintain the same internal dimensions and stackability.

Customization

A SolidWorks file is included so you can:

• Adjust dimensions for different cork sizes

• Modify wall thickness

• Create your own outer ring pattern
