Descrição
Magnetic cover for the filament bay of the Prusa Core One.
The hatch closes flush with the rear of the printer and attaches magnetically using continuous magnetic tape, providing even holding force across the entire contact area. A 3 mm acrylic panel is integrated into a modular printed frame.
The frame is assembled using M4 screws and heated inserts. All printed parts are rear-labeled to simplify orientation and assembly. Optional hygrometers can be installed as desired.
Each printed part is required only once. Parts named in lowercase are the side components, while parts starting with an uppercase letter are used for the top and bottom sections.
Compatible with both the Core One and the Core One+, including setups where the filament holder protrudes further.
All parts are designed to print without supports.
Note: the Core One comes without heated inserts — this adds exactly ten.

Assembly
The front inlets for the threaded inserts are angled so that precise insertion with a soldering iron should be easy. Afterwards, the frame parts are most easily mounted on the acrylic glass. This works without adhesive. If the glass vibrates in the frame, a little adhesive would be appropriate. Once the frame has been mounted on the glass, the magnetic tape can be stuck into the gap in the frame.
