This project started after a very familiar problem: my dog, who "really wanted to play", knocked over a puzzle in progress. All the puzzle pieces fell everywhere because, originally, nothing holds the stackable trays together.

To solve this, I designed security clips that lock the trays together and keep everything in place during storage or travel.

All parts were designed entirely in Fusion 360 with simplicity in mind. The clips are easy to print, require no supports, and work reliably without complicated tolerances.

For best results, begin by clipping the two side pieces first. If you feel additional security is needed, you can then add the front and back clips.

When installing the clips, always start by engaging the small curved section at the top, then press down to lock the base into place.

For the rear clip, installation starts on the first tray directly under the lid (the photo clearly shows the correct placement).
