This is a 3/32" tile spacer. I was not able to find this size locally. The cost is about 0.01 each and it takes about 45 minutes to print 25 pieces.

I made this downloadable so that you can make any spacing that you want. All you have to do is open parameters and change the “tilespace” value.

One at a time prints easily. I printed 50 at once but the ones on the perimeter tended to lift. Printing 25 at a time worked out well, I included the ORIGINAL PRUSA i3 MK2 gcode. I used concentric fill.
