I needed small envelopes to sort my resistor collection. They needed to be small, inexpensive and easy to create. Trace this onto a sheet of paper, cut it out, fold and glue the bottom and two side flaps and presto, a small envelope.

The half circle is for a catch tab to hold the top flap closed. Only cut the arc!!!
