Personal / experimental project: from zero in Blender to a printable STL, following an AI-assisted workflow.
The goal was to learn the full pipeline (generation → cleanup → edits → print testing) and deliver an FDM-ready file.

Workflow
ChatGPT: tutoring and troubleshooting
3D base: MakerLab (Bambu Studio) Image-to-3D (Tencent Hunyuan)
Blender: cleanup and adjustments (learning from scratch)
Fusion 360: Flexi Cutter edit +flexi cutter wing customization

Infill: 10–15%
Supports: no required
Internal wing supports note: there’s a small vertical support on the wing mounts. Just flex the wings gently and it will break off on first movement.
