Print the hooks laying on the side, and then press them in from the back.

Attach to the wall with Tesa Powerstrips. The poster strips are strong enough, no need for the stronger ones. Remember to leave a small tab prodruding at the bottom, so that you can remove the hook bar without damaging the wall.
