This print was planned to utilize 4 colors. The base and top ring were printed in green. Rings 6 & 3 were printed in yellow. Rings 5 & 2 were printed in red. And rings 1 & 4 were printed in blue. 

Using my K1C, the total print time at 0.16mm layer height with a 0.4mm nozzle was a little over 20 hours.

I found that rings 5 & 1 can be printed in one go, as well as rings 1 & 4. The remaining two rings (3 & 6) were slightly too large to print in one go on my build plate. If you were to be using a printer with a build volume larger than 220x220x250mm, you can most likely get it done in one go.
