There are two different height rotating trays.  One for short spices and one for tall.  The trays rotate on a 1/2" stainless rod.  They are supported by a collar and set screw.  Therefore, the tray heights are adjustable.

This can fit a variety of different cabinets and is very configurable.  The solidworks parametric models are included if you need to resize.  The diameter of the trays here is 9.6".  In the case seen here, the top is held in place by the "Top mount" component.  For the bottom, I just drilled a 1/2" hole about 1/4" deep into the cabinet plywood and gravity does the rest to hold it in place.  This may not work for some cabinets.  You can always use the "Top mount" for the bottom also.

Finally, a large volume, easy to access rotating spice rack! :)
