After the first version and further feedback from the community, I am presenting the BRAVO-Panel V2 (Broadband Resonance Absorption & Vibration Optimizer) to you today.
 

The goal remains the same: a fully 3D-printed, modular acoustic panel designed for maximum performance on FDM printers. With Version 2, we have evolved the system from a pure acoustic element into a fully developed, user-friendly product system.

While the primary acoustic functionality remains identical to V1, V2 offers significant improvements in handling and aesthetics:

• Integrated connection system: A new coupling system via alignment pins and slots ensures a seamless, stable overall appearance on the wall.

• Innovative mounting tool: A special tool simplifies the installation of multiple modules and provides the perfect alignment of the adhesive nails. A single adhesive nail can support the weight of up to 3 panels.

• Optional LED add-on: A bracket system for indirect LED lighting has been integrated for an atmospheric presentation.

• Optimized TPU feet: The "Vibration Optimizers" now feature a custom-fit cutout for adhesive nails, guaranteeing a flush fit on the wall.

The result is a hybrid module that combines an approximate sound absorption coefficient ($\alpha$-value) of 0.5 with a diffusion effect (scattering coefficient 0.722). For maximum performance, we recommend printing with WoodPLA with a wood content of 15–30%.

nach der ersten Version und weiterem Feedback aus der Community präsentiere ich euch heute das BRAVO-Panel V2 (Broadband Resonance Absorption & Vibration Optimizer).
 

Das Ziel bleibt dasselbe: ein vollständig 3D-gedrucktes, modulares Akustikpanel mit maximaler Leistung für FDM-Drucker. Mit der Version 2 haben wir das System von einem reinen Akustikelement zu einem vollwertigen, nutzerfreundlichen Produktsystem weiterentwickelt.

Während die akustische Hauptfunktionsweise identisch zur V1 geblieben ist, bietet die V2 signifikante Verbesserungen in der Handhabung und Optik:

• Integriertes Verbindungssystem: Ein neues Kopplungssystem über Formstifte und Nuten sorgt für ein nahtloses, stabiles Gesamtbild an der Wand.

• Innovatives Montagetool: Ein spezielles Tool erleichtert die Installation mehrerer Module und gibt die perfekte Ausrichtung der Klebenägel vor. Dabei kann ein einzelner Klebenagel das Gewicht von bis zu 3 Paneelen tragen.

• Optionales LED Add-on: Für eine atmosphärische Inszenierung wurde ein Halterungssystem für indirekte LED-Beleuchtung integriert.

• Optimierte TPU-Standfüße: Die "Vibration Optimizer" verfügen nun über eine passgenaue Aussparung für Klebenägel, was einen planen Sitz an der Wand garantiert.

Das Ergebnis ist ein Hybrid-Modul, das einen ungefähren Schallabsorptionsgrad ($\alpha$-Wert) von 0,5 mit einer Diffusionswirkung (Streugrad 0,722) kombiniert. Für maximale Performance empfehlen wir den Druck mit WoodPLA mit einem Holzanteil von 15–30 %.
