Descrição
Material
I printed this in PET-G, which is not suitable for very hot drinks.
The middle part, where the hot mug would stand on, is a separate part. So it can be printed in different material, such as ASA or PC blend. In Prusa Slicer:
Option 1
Print top separately, then insert it into the model
Print Stargate Coaster - Negative Volume
Print Cylinder Top in a different material
Assemble
Option 2
Print directly from two materials. I haven't tried this and slicer will complain but you can give it a shot.
Find part named Cylinder Top
Assign material to one with better temperature resistance
Print all, no assembly needed
Option 3
Make the middle part out of a cork coaster.
Find a square/round cork coaster that is at least 80 mm wide
Measure the thickness of the coaster
Calculate the Cylinder Bottom height: 4.9mm - Coaster thickness.
For example for a 2 mm coaster, the thickness would be 2.9. If not sure, choose a higher value (it's better if the cork sticks out a little bit).Open Stargate Coaster.3mf
Find part named Cylinder Top and delete it.
Find part named Cylinder Bottom and change it's height to the calculated value.

Print the model
Optionally print Cylinder Top as a template to cut the cork
Cut the cork to shape with a sharp knife
Assemble
