This is a “Papered” soap box designed for 3D printing.

The box consists of only three faces in total — one of the faces is formed by bending.

“Papered” means the design is inspired by rolled paper shapes.

When printing the first layer with slightly flexible materials such as PLA, you will find that the wall part can be bent and rolled into a cone, similar to rolling a paper sheet into a tube.

Custom Printing

You can customize parts according to your own needs.

For the blank wall model, you can change the infill pattern and density.

The default setting is 30% honeycomb infill.

Triangle infill provides better strength, Line infill prints the fastest

If you want to experiment with different infill patterns and densities, it is recommended to run an infill test first:

Required Hardware

In addition to the printed parts, you will need the following hardware:

Assembly Instructions

Install the heat-set inserts before final assembly.

1. Insert a cover into the wall.

2. Then insert another cover.

3. Insert the seam into the wall, aligning it with the screw holes.

4. Screw in the screws. You can use nylon to prevent rust.

5. The seam is used to secure the wall and prevent it from warping.

6. Screw in the bottom screws. Done.
