Poprvé jsem v Autodesk Fusion modeloval ohýbaný objekt, takže model obsahuje několik drobných nepřesností. I tak bude potřeba obroučky po vytištění začistit, aby nikde neškrábaly na obličeji (zejména na nose). Tiskl jsem z polykarbonátu, konkrétně z Prusament PC-CF, protože samotný PC je příliš ohebný. Mezi soubory je také silueta skla (DXF).
Tisk proběhl tryskou 0,4 mm, s výškou vrstvy 0,15 mm. Výplň je 80% gyroid, ale nachází se jen na několika málo místech, protože kvůli broušení a pevnosti jsem použil čtyři perimetry.

This was my first time modeling a bent object in Autodesk Fusion, so the model contains a few minor inaccuracies. Even so, the frames will need some finishing after printing to ensure they don’t scratch the face—especially around the nose. I printed them from polycarbonate, specifically Prusament PC-CF, because regular PC is too flexible. The file set also includes a lens outline (DXF).
The print was made with a 0.4 mm nozzle and a 0.15 mm layer height. The infill is 80% gyroid, although it appears only in a few places, since I used four perimeters for durability and to allow for sanding.
