Print Settings:

• Material:

  • Handle: PLA or PETG (3 perimeters, 20% infill).

  • Blade: PLA is recommended for its stiffness, which helps in getting under prints.

• Layer Height: 0.15mm or 0.2mm.

• Supports: No (Both parts are designed to be printed flat without supports).

Assembly:

Simply slide the blade into the handle's slot until it clicks or seats firmly. If the fit is too tight or too loose due to printer tolerances, you can adjust the "Horizontal Expansion" setting in your slicer or use a tiny drop of glue for a permanent bond.
