After printing, allow the build plate to cool completely. For faster cooling, you can remove the plate from the printer once the print is finished. The stand should fold freely straight off the plate; however, if it feels stiff, use both hands and place your fingers as close to the hinge as possible while gently folding it until it snaps free.

The tolerances are designed to be as tight as possible to ensure a solid, wobble-free stand.
