Print them out and press the pieces together.
It takes a bit of force, but after that they should stay together. after several turn it should get smoother!
this is work in progress... my daughter and me will test it in the next weeks.

I printed and testet in PETG / PLA 0,3mm

the small gears can be mounted in three different ways, with a moving or not moving axis. on a 2x2 or a small round pin 
I'm not sure which version I prefer yet, maybe all three ;)

The big gear has its own 2x2 base, as the pin would be in the way at the top.
