I first printed this in PETG but as I live in Perth the dashboard can get over 70C and it melted. I then used ASA on my H2S. I wanted to use CF or GF filled ASA for the black cover but these are not RF transparent so I used plain black ASA. The cover has an air gap underneath to prevent overheating in strong sunlight. I use the cover only when driving and needing internet connection as it totally removes the glare that I was getting from the white Starlink surface. The elastic bands prevent forward movement of the screen under heavy braking.

I tried this on my Tesla Model 3  2019 , it is useable but not a perfect fit. I think the old screen is a little thicker and wider.
