I wanted an easy to print and moderately customizable bin system with lids, so I created ParaStack. This system uses the same profile for the base as it does for the lid. This means you can stack/interlock the bins as long as long as the widths are the same. It allows for some flexibility in how you stack these where even bins of differing lengths can be stackable.
These should be relatively easy to print and do not require supports. For bigger bins, make sure you have good bed adhesion to avoid warping. Use a gyroid or other infill that does a good job of spreading out the tension.
You can customize these in Onshape (requires a free account) here by adjusting the variables in the Variable Table.
NOTE: You should only adjust the following variables:
Bin_Inner_Length
Bin_Inner_Width
Bin_Height

The prototypes in the pictures were printed on an X1C in draft mode:
.28 layer height
2 walls
4 top and 3 bottom layers
8% gyroid infill
Arachne wall generator
Possible future enhancements:
Make orientation of the base configurable to be 90 degrees offset from the groove (might be useful)
Add an improved detent for lid retention (small raised lip exists today, might be too loose for some)
Some sort of frame for keeping bins tidy on the workbench using the same groove profile
Create a vertical wall mount system
