When the access door (lid) of the Creality Space Pi Plus (2 spool version) is fully opened, it almost touches the bottom and applies excessive stress to the hinge, which (in my opinion) is very fragilely designed.

I designed this upgrade to protect the hinge from damage, and to limit the opening angle to approximately 90 degrees.

To make the print easier, it is designed in two parts.

If the rod does not fit after printing, it may help to rework the hole with a 4 mm drill.

The existing hinge holes of the enclosure and lid are used for the fixation, but you have to replace the two 4 x 50 mm rods with one 4 x 154 mm rod.

To disassemble, the existing rods can be pushed out with a thin object such as a small screwdriver (be careful not to damage the enclosure or the lid).

This is my small (lightweight) version, with a relatively thin wall thickness on the upper side of the hole.
It has not yet been tested over a longer period of time.
