Rotary Trebuchet System
Intro
In the context of a project carried out at the MakerSpace of UniLaSalle Amiens, we designed, prototyped, and built a mini siege machine intended to participate in a competitive game. The objective of this challenge is to score as many points as possible by accurately aiming at specific game elements using a mechanical launching system.

This project focuses on the design and construction of a Rotary Trebuchet System, a compact siege engine inspired by medieval mechanisms and adapted to modern prototyping methods. The video presents a complete assembly and build montage, showing each step of the construction process, from individual components to the final operational system.
Throughout the video, the mechanical structure, rotation axis, fastening system, and launching mechanism are explained in detail. The goal is to provide a clear understanding of how the different parts interact and how engineering principles such as rotation, energy storage, and motion transfer are applied in this design.
