Simple and fast printing but elegant beer tap handle. Different handle versions and addons allow for flexibility and fast changing of customs designs that can be placed or fastened onto the handle.

Handle versions

There are different versions for flexibility of your own custom designs. The standard version handle can be used as a replacement and easily customized by embossing some text or symbols onto the handle. The “tophole” version features a hole (8 mm) at the top to easily place different addons, symbols, and items on the top. Also useful to quickly change between different designs for different events. Same goes for the “topthread” version but with a 3/8 “ thread instead and the ”topslit" version with a 4x8mm slit.

Addons

Addon_topslit_round is made so that you can place any sticker or printed (and laminated) piece of paper with your own or any other logo that you would like. Or emboss some custom text if you have a MMU/AMS/Multiextruder printer.

Addon_topslit_round_big is just the same in ... big (means bigger faceplate).

Remixed addon with beer+hop symbol for the “topslit” version.

Maybe I will include further addons in the future if there is enough interest.

Washers

I also inculded washers for fine tuning of the installation heigth that can be placed between the tap and tap handle to get the best orientation of the handle and a good fit.

Print information

All models are designed to be printed quite easily. If you print in the default orientation (laying flat) the parts will have the most strength and durability. However, you might need some support (very little though) to get better results for the thread. You can also print the tap handles in a standing orientation (turn it 90° in your slicer), which should also just work fine. I tested it for PLA and PETG - both worked perfectly.
