Hier findet Ihr Modelle eines komplett druckbaren Sortiment Kastens mit Deckel und Verschluss sowie den passenden Einsätzen dazu. Die Einsätze sind in Maß und Form den originalen Sortimo Einsätzen nachempfunden.

Die Kiste selbst bietet ein Raster von 3x4 für die Einsätze und alle Einzelteile der Kiste sind für den 3D Druck optimiert und können ohne Stützmaterial gedruckt werden.

Die Einsätze sind im Vergleich zum original noch mit einer Fläche zur Beschriftung versehen, hier passen 6mm P-Touch Etiketten gut. Diese Flächen dienen ebenfalls als Griff um die Einsätze herauszuholen. Beim Druck der Einsätze wird Stützmaterial unterhalb benötigt, was aber bei mir mit PLA sowie PETG gut funktioniert hat und keinerlei Probleme machte.

Zur Montage der Kiste benötigt Ihr:

6 Stück – M3x35mm Schraube (Scharnier und Clip)

2 Stück – M3x20mm Schraube (Griff)

4 Stück – M3x6mm Schraube (Optional für Stapel-Positionierung)

8 Stück – Muttern M3

Here you'll find models for a fully 3D-printable assortment box with lid and latch, as well as the matching inserts. The inserts are modeled after the original Sortimo inserts in size and shape. 

The box itself has a 3x4 grid for the inserts, and all individual parts are optimized for 3D printing and can be printed without support material. 

Compared to the original, the inserts also feature a labeling area, which works well with 6mm P-Touch labels. These labels also serve as handles for removing the inserts. Support material is required when printing the inserts, but this worked well for me with both PLA and PETG and caused no problems. 

To assemble the box, you will need: 

6pcs –  M3x35mm screws (hinge and clip) 

2pcs –  M3x20mm screws (handle) 

4pcs –  M3x6mm screws (optional for stacking) 

8pcs –  M3 nuts
