The head of my Werckmann quick release clamp broke, so I designed and printed a new one. It is made for a shaft of 5.7 by 18.6 mm (+ a small margin) with rounded edges. The clamp is held in place by a single M6x18 bolt and M6 nut for which this design has cutouts.

As there seem to be many brands and generic clamps using a very similar design, it should be easy to adjust it to slightly different bars. If you'd like me to help with that, please let me know 🙂

Printing

• Print it on its side for maximum strength
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 100%
• Supports: enabled
  • This will some clean-up
  • To minimize clean-up, you could split the model in two and later glue the sides back together
• Suggested material: ABS or ASA
