This is the small actuating piece that goes inside a vintage Philco radio Pushbutton assembly. I have attached the Fusion360 file that I created. The model is parameterized and there a fudge factors that can be used to adjust the model to match your printer.

In fusion360, go under Modify→"Change Parameters"

The model was based on physical measurements from and existing part. The holes in the center needed to be upsized from my original measurement to accommodate my printer.

Using a Bambu X1C, I did set the following to help accurately generate these very small rectangular holes:

• Material: PLA
• 0.4mm nozzle 
• 0.08 Extra Fine BBL X1C  (Layer height 0.08)
• Order of wall = Outer/Inner
• Wall loops = 4

It is possible that this part could be made with a resin printer without resizing it, but it was easy to print with the filament printer with just some upsizing of the holes.
