A cookie cutter that cuts and embosses a hexagonal cookie. The cookie is about 65 mm in diameter.

Selecting the optimal model

There are two versions of this cutter with different distances between cutting edge and embossing edges, either 2 or 4mm. Please choose according to the thickness you roll your dough too.

To better release the dough from the cutter it helps to dip it in flour or tab it with a spoon from the top.
