I recently bought an LCD touchscreen to install "Klipperscreen" on my 3d printer so I didn't have to run back and forth from my computer to the printer or find my phone everytime I needed to adjust flow, Z-offset, speed or temperature….

I have only been using fusion for a few weeks, so it isn't perfect. Let me know if I can improve on anything!

Use it for klipperscreen, a Pi-computer, portable retro gaming console or whatever else you can think of.

It is printer friendly for the most part but will need supports for more drastic overhangs.

Access to: 4xUSB, 1xHDMI, 1xUSB-C(power), 1xbutton for screen dimmer/brightness.

Assembly Tips

1. Install fan on the case first.
2. The brightness/Dimmer button was a bit flimsy from the factory, so I designed a support for it.  Carefully install button support between pi and screen on the mounting posts.
3. With the HDMI and USB-C holes facing down, install the button
4. Plug fan into 40 pin header (5v, ground, GPIO pin) Programmed in raspi-config.
5. Carefully slide the PI and SCREEN into the box, do not force it in. It won't go in if something is blocking it like the connections, ribbon cable or the button isnt lined up right.
6. Bezel is a tight fit, line up the sides and slide it on before clipping the bottom/top on.

BEZEL V2: I expanded the print by 1mm in all directions for a better fit. ( NOT TESTED )

Parts and Hardware:

1- 40mm fan with gpio pin

4- M4x16 with nuts and lockwashers for fan

2- M4x12 + 2 T-nuts to mount on printer. OR 1- M5x12 if you want to mount it somewhere that needs that size ( hole will need to be reamed before )
