Cap for NB1100 type deburring tools. Works with the standard BS1010 blades, but - thanks to the notch in the cap - it should fit all commonly available blade types. The cap is secured by two clip noses which grab the grooves at the upper end of the tool.

Notes:

Print using 0.2 to 0.24 mm layer height and 0.42 mm line width. The cap has a pretty tight fit, so I recommend reducing the outer wall flow to ~95% for better dimensional accuracy.
