Here we have a Christmas tree with a twist! Complete with a separate .stl for a snowflake topper! Make one, make many, have a happy holiday!

Print instructions

The tree will require a 0.2mm or finer model detail to successfully print. At 0.2mm, 3 perimeters will be required to make it work, but infill can be reduced to 10%; no support or raft is necessary. This model can be scaled as well, as I printed both at 50% without issues. The top has a 6mm x 6mm square for the snowflake to slot into.

The snowflake is straight forward, and was printed at 0.3mm layers with 10% infill without supports or rafts.

The print time is around 8 hours for the tree at 0.2mm. If you have issues with the tips curling during the print on the longer sections, try slowing the print speed and ensure adequate cooling for the printer.
